Accountant/Assistant Finance Manager


Responsibilities:


Reporting to the Deputy General Director, you will assist in running the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department
Supervise a team of accounts executives and assistants in their daily work; ensure accounting records are accurate
Supervise monthly closing of accounts for the shipyard
Prepare monthly management reports for senior management review
Prepare statutory accounts in compliance with regulations
Consolidation of accounts for vietnam entities and its parent company
Assist and liaise with internal auditor of Ezra Holdings to carry out internal control policies and procedures
Handle audit and tax compliance work
Any other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:


Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
3-4 yrs experience relevant experience (Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Assistant Finance Manager position)
Experience handling full sets of accounts
Familiar with Navision software
Prepared to relocate to Vietnam for at least 3 years
