Branch Manager
Responsibilities:
* Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate all marketing and promotional efforts in order to establish strong brand of company's investment products and achieve financial goals, both in sales target, profit growth, and cost efficiency;
* Monitor and control branch's operation and performance, including staffs coaching, training, and guidance
* Develop new market and increase customer base in branch area;
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years experience in retail sales of investment products in which preferably 5 years served as Manager in Investment, Securities and/or Asset Management Company ;
* Holds minimum bachelor/master’s degree (S1/MBA) in any major, preferably majoring in Marketing or Management
* Has WAPERD license from BAPEPAM
* Fluent in English, both oral and written,
* Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) and Internet
* Excellent communication skill, especially in presentation, selling, and negotiation skills
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking, high achievement, and leadership
* High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
