Senior Operation Manager
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in engineering or logistics management, prefer MBA
* Minimum of 10 years Logistics management and 15 years total current Logistics experience
* Familiar with budgeting, financial and management accounting
* Has good knowledge of Local & International Shipping Regulation
* Has Good knowledge of EXIM Customs Regulation
* Excellent leadership skills
* Ability to get results through others through problem identification and solutions
* High integrity
* Ability to deal with ambiguity
* Has demonstrated increasing responsibilities over time reflected in new work assignments, career advancements and larger scope of work
* Customer Service skills
* MS Excel and Word
* Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Manufacturing requirements planning (MRP) a plus
Remuneration Package is Negotiable (depends on the current package)
