Business Development Superintendent/Asst Manager (Code : BDP-Spi)

Responsibilities:

* Business development for growth
* Strategic planning
* Execute organic growth programs
* Assess and recommend new business opportunities or acquisitions
* Find and assess new locations for expansion

Requirements:

* Male, 28-35 years of age
* Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering preferred, holding Master Degree in Business Administration would be an advantage
* Minimum 2 years experience in business development or strategic planning
* Strong analytical and computers skills
* Business and success orientated
* Construction industry experience preferred
* Experience in business case proposals desirable
* Excellent written and oral English
* Having License to drive a car
