Requirements:

Minimum 12 years working experience with at least 5 years as Procurement Manager.
Preferably someone who has worked on regional role.
Candidates are required to travel extensively.
Good knowledge of products relating to oil & gas, petrochemical industries.
Good negotiation skills.
Resourceful in vendors' selections.
Good organization and time management skills.
Must be able to speak and read English and Mandarin.
