Requirements:



* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology or Leather Technology Academic


* Minimum 3 years of experiences in shoe making development and 1 - 2 years pattern making experiences


* Good command of English both oral & written


* Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skill


* Good analythical Skill and Proactive


* Good computer skill (ms. Office)
