Recruitment and Training Staff (RTS)
(Jawa Barat - Cikarang Barat)
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible to select short-listed candidates and interview candidates, provide and or interview notes, this may include candidate test. Review training needs and provide internal & external training. Maintain recruitment and training documents and files in compliance with internal recruitment and training procedures. The following requirements are:
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
* Minimum 1 year experience in similar position in Manufacturing Company
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, initiative, persistence, hard worker and able to work under pressure
* Good computer knowledge & skill
* Proficiency in English and Mandarin is plus point
* Excellent know-how using recruitment test tools, familiar in provide training needs analysis, training matrix, and employee training program
